Our Site Safety audit inspection reports are prepared on triplicate audit forms with an acceptable percentage level needing to be achieved.
The triplicate sheets are distributed to
1. The Site Foreman, Site Supervisor, Charge Hand, nominated Person in Charge of the works.
“details of the audit inspection are discussed and any non conformances identified during the audit are actioned whilst our presence is on site, (if possible). Where this is not deemed possible the audit sheet will remain on site the actions required to be carried out within an agreed time period. “
2. Clients Head Office
“this ensures that Senior Management are made aware of the audit being carried out and aware of the audit findings / actions required and needed.”
3. Retained with the Safety Auditor
“this copy will remain with the Safety Advisor who will review the audit findings prior to the next scheduled visit. This will therefore identify any safety shortfalls and reoccurring trends in safety downfalls that may need reviewing and/or monitoring”
Site Safety Audit inspections can be carried out either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on the project and the clients requirements.
